Practice Ice Reservation System Documentation
(or what you must do to actually make this work)

Welcome to the practice ice documentation, a necessary evil to avoid misunderstandings and confusion and frustration. This page is just for documentation, common Q&A, etc. The real reservation page is here.

The actual reservation is made on our web site, and confirmed via email. Unfortunately we have many ISPs that filter out email from our web site, so we're going to trust you. Once you make a reservation, it's made. We'll send you an email so you can cancel it if you should perhaps change your mind. We probably have your email address on file, but if we don't you'll have the ability to supply it, and then it'll be on file. NO, we won't give the list away, or sell it, or spam you, or anything else. See our privacy policy (link at the bottom of every page) for more information.

Some ground rules are always necessary.

Reservations may be made from one (1) to fourteen (14) days in advance, and no you can't reserve it for today
You must have an email address on file
If you don't then you'll have the opportunity to create one.
The ice is reserved automatically when you complete the form
No, sorry, you can't reserve a specific sheet
League play, bonspiels and events, rentals, etc. have priority (you can be bounced, but it hasn't happened yet)
Please do not make reservations during a bonspiel
Please do not make reservations during a league time without prior consent from the league coordinator
If you don't have a reservation, it's first-come-first-served.
If you change email, and don't notify the webmaster, then you'll never see our email
