From where I was, behind them, I could see them setting them up before hoisting them -- they knew going into the final that Norway got the bronze, of course, but from end to end they'd move Sweden and US back and forth from gold to silver depending on who they thought looked likely to win. Nothing like hedging your bets. :-)
