Interested in curling?

Potomac Curling Club has several programs for newcomers and guests each season (usually late September to mid-April).

Open House (Nov. 15): This one-hour session of basic instruction is usually offered at least once in the fall and again around February. You will get that Instagram photo of yourself sliding on the ice!

Learn to Curl (Nov. 22): This three-hour session, which includes instruction and a short game, is offered several times per year.

Saturday Morning Breakfast Extravaganza: Most Saturdays during the season, we have a session with one hour of instruction, a break for breakfast, and a game with guests playing alongside members. Check the SMBE page for registration times -- spaces fill up fast!

Bringing a group?

Want a unique birthday party or business adventure? PCC rents its facilities and equipment for private and corporate events for groups ranging from 12 people to 40. Volunteer members will be there to give instruction and guide guests through a game.

Ready to join?

League registration takes place twice a year for each half-season: August/September for the first half, December for leagues running January through April. Some leagues are designated for newcomers to the sport.

Non-league registration is available most of the year and provides access to many drop-in daytime and weekend events.

Looking for a youth program?

Middle Rockers is a program for players between the ages of 5 and 11-12. The program runs each half season.

Juniors have drop-in instruction and play for members.

Junior Elite Training is for juniors (and some adults if space is available) who intend to play at a competitive level. Please contact our trainers to see if this program is the right fit.
