What does this mean?  (Implementation Plan)

We continue to want the Potomac Curling Club to be a safe place to curl! So what does this all mean and what will curling look like at Potomac?

Member Support

  • We will continue to collect voluntary COVID-19 Reporting information in order to inform other members of potential exposure.
  • A supply of disposable masks will be kept in the office area for anyone who wants/needs to wear a mask and does not have one with them.
  • Please be aware that our bathrooms are on The Gardens Ice House property.
  • Please stay home if you are not feeling well!
  • Please be accommodating if a team member is unable to play at the last minute.  We all need to be very flexible.

Conditions of Play

  • At this time, there are no restrictions on play.  No limits on sweeping, no limits on broomstacking, no capacity limitations
  • Potomac is regularly monitoring our local and regional environment.  Restrictions or conditions may change as the season progresses.  The current status will be posted in every newsletter to the membership.

Questions?  Concerns?

  • Talk to any board member.  (Concern about a league in particular?  You can also ask the league coordinator.)
  • Know that if you have a question or concern about someone else, and action is required, you (the person reporting the concern) may not hear of any action or get any information about action taken.  This is to respect the privacy of all members and guests.
